The partners have made their careers in the aerospace industry, dividing their time between manufacturing operations and distribution/logistics services. Executive positions have been held at LISI, Arconic (Howmet), Saint Gobain, KLX (Boeing DS), Pattonair (Incora) and ALA. Richard and Bruno have been directly involved in M&A activity which resulted in multiple acquisitions and subsequent integration initiatives. More recently Néologique Solutions has been advising clients on investment opportunities, strategic positioning and segment and supply chain analyses in the various aerospace market sectors.
